Should you have one of these models and the unit is turning on, however the units compressor is not turning on, please see the below troubleshooting steps that might help to resolve the issue.
- Please try to adjust the humidity level on the unit. First, try turning the humidistat all of the way up and leave the unit run for 5-minutes.
- If that does not resolve the issue, try turning the humidistat all of the way down and leave the unit on for 5-minutes.
- When adjusting the settings, does the unit beep?
- If the unit beeps, it is likely a humidistat setting and please adjust your settings to ensure the compressor kicks on
