Dehumidifier Leaking Oil

If you notice your Dehumidifier is leaking oil, please make sure that the unit was not placed on its side recently. Placing the unit on its side can cause the oil to travel around the internals of the unit, and if the unit is placed upright and turned on, this will cause the unit to leak oil as it was not able to settle back into place. The below warning is noted in our instruction manuals to cover this. 

Should this not be the cause, the compressor may have been damaged, at which point the unit will need replaced. Please follow standard warranty/one-time processes.
