Dehumidifier is not pulling water from the room

If you find your B-Air/BlueDri Dehumidifier is not pulling any water into the tank, there might be a couple of reasons for this. 

1. Check your filter. Make sure the filter is not clogged, or obstructed in any way
2. Check the condensate hose to make sure it is not blocked or crimped. 
3. Ensure that the ambient room temperature is not too low. A low ambient room temperature can impact the dehumidifiers ability to draw moisture from it.
