Generally when the mist starts to diminish, it is an indication that the ultra sonic disk needs to be cleaned. Please try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
- Please unplug the Spa Diffuser. Remove the tank lid and drain all water from the tank.
- The ultra sonic disk should be cleaned every 1-2 weeks, using 100% white vinegar. Let the vinegar soak in the disk area for 10-15 minutes
- Then use a soft bristled toothbrush and gently clean the disk. Please make sure that you do not scrub. Drain and rinse the vinegar from the tank.
- Fill the tank to the Max line with clean water. no oils. Put the tank lid back on. Please plug the product in, turn it on and let it run for at least 1 hour.
