Occasionally you may find that your unit will not turn on. No worries, below you will find some recommended troubleshooting that we suggest to resolve this issue.
- If your DH201WCA has no power, this is possibly due to a power outage or other power issue. It could also be due to lid of the water reservoir not being seated correctly.
- To troubleshoot this, check that the lid on the water reservoir is on flat and that the float on the lid is in place correctly.
- You will want to be sure the unit is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not on an extension core, power bar or other pluggable device. (A surge protector is fine.)
- Unplug the unit for 24-48 hours and then plug the unit back into the wall outlet.
