Occasionally you may find that your Air Purifier will not turn on. No worries, below you will find some recommended troubleshooting that we suggest to resolve this issue.
- Please remove the rear panel cover, be sure black side of filter is facing out towards you. (if not turn around and try running unit again
- There is a safety switch on the right side of the unit toward the bottom. There will be a rectangular hole with a metal switch inside. You will need something thin like a butter knife or flathead screwdriver to hit the switch.
- Once the switch has been located, please plug the unit in, turn on and activate the switch at the same time to test the unit manually. If the unit operates as normal, reinstall the filter, making sure to press it down then back and put the panel cover back on, listening for the panel cover to snap into place.
