Occasionally you may find that your Air Purifier will not turn on. No worries, below you will find some recommended troubleshooting that we suggest to resolve this issue.
- Remove the front panel from the unit.
- On the left side of the unit, you will see a small white button. With the unit plugged in, you will want to hold the button in and power the unit on at the same time.
