If you find that your air purifier is stuck on speed 5 and will not change, this could be an issue within the control board.
Please unplug the unit and leave it unplugged for a complete 24-hour period. This will allow the unit to completely reset the internal controls. This is the most likely cause of this issue, and the best way to reset the controls.
