Blade Set Screw will not loosen

Sometimes you may find that the set screw holding the blade to your fan cannot be removed. This can become more prevalent the longer the fan is used. The remedy we suggest to try is to use a lubricant or penetrating oil such as WD-40 to allow the oil to break down the adhesion and allow the set screw to be removed. 

Please note, Loctite or other glue-type materials are not used in the assembly of these set screws.
