How far away will the remote work my unit?

This can vary and there are several variables to consider. 

• How old is the remote?
• What quality are the batteries?
• How strong is the connection inside of the remote to the batteries?

This being said, typically our remotes will work up to 15-20 feet away from the product. Any more than that can cause functions to work on/off. The remote should always be pointed at the front of the product when functioning.
