We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your humidifier. Please try the following troubleshooting suggestions.
- Please unplug the humidifier.
- Remove the mist tube from the unit.
- Drain any excess water from the base area but be sure to drain the water toward the drain on the left-hand side of the unit. Pour 100% white vinegar and water into the base area over the ultrasonic disc.
- Let the vinegar soak in the disk area for 10-15 minutes, then use the brush provided and gently clean the disk (if you no longer have the brush then you can use a soft bristle toothbrush). Drain the excess vinegar solution. You can rinse the base with water if needed.
- Take the base of the unit and tap it a couple of times on a hard surface to re-align the fan.
- Reassemble, making sure the mist tube is in place correctly with the arrows lining up. Then fill the tank with water, making sure the water in the tank is room temperature and the tank is not over filled. Please plug the product in, turn on and run for at least 1 hour.
